Salman Khan, the founder of the incredibly successful Khan Academy of short, low-production value/low-cost, highly effective educational videos talks about educating online and the use of engaging video produced with passion.

From the TED website:

Salman Khan talks about how and why he created the remarkable Khan Academy, a carefully structured series of educational videos offering complete curricula in math and, now, other subjects.
