For praxMatrix it’s business as usual…
FROM praxMatrix CEO, TONY HUGHES
Firstly, I’d like to wish all of our praxMatrix and praxLearn clients my best wishes and good health during these difficult and uncertain times. We hope that you, your families, friends and colleagues will all come through this pandemic safe and in good health.
As most of you will know, praxMatrix has always been staffed principally by colleagues working remotely from their home offices in locations around the world. Self-isolation has not really changed our business at all in that sense! Because of this we have been able to provide you with uninterrupted services since the start of the pandemic and will be able to do so as long as it lasts.
What may effect our business going into the future is a massive dip in cash-flow due to the problems that clients may be having during this period and I am hoping that good communication with you, our clients, and this update will help ‘smooth out’ any possible problems in that area.
We recognise that many of our clients have had to temporarily re-structure their organisation, institution or business and are still in the process of managing the unexpected challenges to staff and financial management. In this post I have set out some of the important steps our clients should take to ensure that their praxMatrix and praxLearn services continue uninterrupted:
If you are having difficulty meeting the due invoice date please lodge a ticket with our support desk at praxmatrix.com before the due date is reached. We will try to find a solution with you so that your services are not terminated or suspended through our automated systems. This is particularly important if we manage servers or server clusters for you.
Your online learning services
There has been a spike in the demand for online learning and we are ready to help you manage any increase in demand that you may be experiencing. Again, if you have special requirements during this period, please contact the support team.
You may also be finding during this period that you need to extend the ways you communicate with your users. We are here to help you with the selection of suitable tools for your website whether they be a forum for discussion, newsletter and update tools, SMS alerts or automated emails. Contact the support team for advice and help.
